An off-market transaction undertaken by PDA Australia Pty Ltd on behalf of our client. The opportunity to purchase the site arose through PDA’s property industry networks and experience.
Having undertaken a detailed review of the local market conditions, site planning opportunities & constraints, & negotiations with the vendor’s agent, PDA proceeded to produce a high-level feasibility analysis report which ultimately identified the future financial and built-form potential for the site.
Using this analysis, our client was able to make the decision to proceed with the property purchase. PDA spent the latter half of last year engaging and working with a design team to produce detailed design documents, which were included in the town planning application lodged with the council at the end of the year.
A Planning Permit was received in early July 2014 for a 20-level apartment tower with 235 apartments. The development will comprise ground floor and rooftop amenities, a swimming pool, gymnasium & residents’ lounge.
