Emporia Apartments

Located at 132 Commercial Road, Prahran, Emporia apartments is a high quality residential apartment project consisting of 140 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments with ground floor retail comprising a cafe, 6 shops & associated basement car parking.

PDA was engaged by the landowner to undertake a review of  the existing approved planning permit and identify any opportunity to further enhance the project outcomes.

Having undertaken a detailed feasibility analysis the decision was made to apply for a new planning permit that greatly increased the density and financial outcomes for the project. PDA proceeded to engage a new design team & through collaboration with local real estate agents & contractors were able to conceptualise and develop a new scheme, navigate the planning hurdles and proceed to acquire a permit for the current scheme.

Construction of the project is substantially underway with construction due for completion in late September 2014.
