PDA acquired this property on behalf of an Indonesian client.  The property, an existing 1960’s office building had been stripped out in preparation to be refurbished for apartments.  The project failed, and site was put up for sale as an apartments project, but did not sell

PDA identified the opportunity to refurbish the building back to office.  A number of detailed changes to the building resulted in a substantial increase in the saleable area within the existing building envelope.

PDA negotiated the site acquisition, undertook feasibilities and was responsible for the financial control, design and construction, leasing and subsequent sale of the (fully leased) building.
