10 Yarra Street, South Yarra

PDA identified the opportunity to develop a boutique strata office building in Yarra St, South Yarra.  At the time, the trendy South Yarra location was vacated industrial land.  PDA saw the potential to transform the precinct as is evidenced by the fact that the location has since become a development ‘hot spot’ with multiple new high rise office, and apartment projects in Yarra St and Claremont St.

10 Yarra St comprises a ground plus 7 level strata office building with a mixture of office sizes ranging from 40 sqm to whole floors of over 870 sqm.  The majority of the offices were sold prior to completion and PDA handled all aspects of the project from the original site acquisition, feasibilities and financial controls, design management and overview of the construction works, through to completion of the project.
